David practices exclusively in family law. His main area of expertise is in ancillary relief and he acts in cases involving considerable assets and personal wealth, often involving many millions of pounds. He is specifically instructed in complex cases and very often in the most hostile of divorces. Particular issues include:
• Significant allegations of non-disclosure involving purported interest in various jurisdictions
• Issues arising out of the Proceeds of Crime Act
• 'Xydhias' agreements ~ binding or otherwise
• Prospective development of part of the matrimonial home and interaction with the final order

David also has substantial experience in private and public law Children Act proceedings, representing the interests of parents, children via their guardian and the local authority.
He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 2007.
