Family Law - Ancillary Relief, FDRs, Final Hearings; Drafting of Pre-Nuptial Agreements
Commercial Law - contentious and non-contentious: drafting franchising, publishing and other agreements; acting for Claimants and Defendants in breach of contract actions, including sale of goods, construction contracts, publishing contracts.
