Greg has an established reputation as a specialist in the areas of land law, landlord and tenant, personal injury, family and wills and probate.
Property
He has practiced in land and property law for more than 15 years. He advises, drafts pleadings and appears before courts and tribunals in cases involving easements, rights of way, boundary disputes and right to light.
Greg is experienced in residential landlord and tenant and housing act matters, acting on behalf of the local authority, housing associations, private landlords and tenants. This includes possession actions, disrepair and homelessness appeals.
Personal Injury
He has substantial experience in personal injury work on both the multi track and fast track. He has been instructed in a number of high value quantum cases exceeding £1m, acting on behalf of both claimants and defendants. He has a substantial advisory practice, drafting advices and pleadings across the spectrum of personal injury work from slipping and tripping and serious road traffic accidents to industrial injuries and diseases.
Family
Greg has for many years practiced in family law. His has particular expertise in divorce and family finance and TOLATA, with many of his cases involving high value assets and personal wealth, family businesses and substantial property interests.
He also acts in both public and private child law proceedings, acting on behalf of parents, children via their guardian and for the local authority. He also represents parents and children in child abduction cases.
Wills & Probate
Greg advises in contentious and non-contentious probate matters. His contentious work includes the administration of estates, statutory wills, challenges to wills and cases under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
