Rachael started her pupillage in April 2010 under the direction of her Pupil Supervisor, Stuart Yeung and is based at our regional office in Northampton.

Rachael commenced the practising element of her pupillage in October and has already conducted more that 20 family cases including FDA and FDR hearings in the county courts and in proceedings before the FPC. She has also been instructed in a number of trials in the Magistrates Court on behalf on the CPS.

Rachael has represented claimants in small claims hearings before the civil courts in matters of credit hire, road traffic accidents and personal injury.
