Terry practices exclusively in Family law. He has substantial experience in all aspects of public and private law gained over many years of practice in these areas. He is instructed on behalf of parents, guardians and by the local authority.

His cases include sexual abuse involving allegations of wide spread “grooming”, the relevance or otherwise of cultural attitudes and perceptions, the severely mentally incapacitated and in neglect and emotional abuse cases.

Terry has significant expertise in divorce law and matrimonial finance. He advises and represents clients at court in cases involving multiple assets, family businesses, pensions and TOLATA claims. He is well known as a forthright advocate and is often instructed in cases that require a robust approach and firm handling.
