Arbitrators and Mediators
Clarendon Chambers provides administrative services for a number of highly respected independent Mediators and Arbitrators.
They act as mediators where ever they are required.
They sit as arbitrators in any place that the parties agree and the major centres of international arbitration worldwide, including Geneva, The Hague, Hong Kong, Beijing, Auckland, New York, Austen, Washington, London, Paris,and Singapore.
They are appointed under the rules of domestic and international institutions such as the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce), FICA ( Forum for International Conciliation and Arbitration, LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration), and CIETAC ( China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission), and where appropriate the UNCITRAL rules.
