She has substantial commercial banking experience in consumer/corporate and bridging finance loans, having worked as Assistant Manger in a commercial bank in Trinidad and Tobago W.I. for seven years prior to being called to the bar. Mrs Fordham has substantial experience in all aspects of ancillary relief including high value and multi asset cases involving assets abroad, freezing injunctions, preservation of assets, pension attachment and sharing orders. Pre and post divorce agreements and enforcement in the UK and abroad. Pre-nuptial agreements, applications under TLATA and co-habitation agreements.
