• Significant allegations of non-disclosure involving purported interest in various jurisdictions;

• Issues arising out of the Proceeds of Crime Act;

• 'Xydhias' agreements ~ binding or otherwise;

• Prospective development of part of the matrimonial home and interaction with

• final order.

Children Law

Extensive experience in both private and public law fields.

Instructed for all parties within public law proceedings.

Instructed in related injunctive proceedings.

Extensive practice acting for both applicants and respondents to employment tribunal proceedings.

Experience includes all forms of unlawful discrimination claims.

Practice involves both litigation and general advice.

In-house lecturer on Law Society Approved Courses (including restrictive covenants and Legitimate Interference with Workplace Correspondence).
