Criminal practitioner with experience of a broad range of both defence and prosecution work including cases of violence, sexual offences, white collar crime, drugs (including cultivating cannabis), public order, harassment, dishonesty and road traffic cases.

Sexual offences

• Represented defendant in Six-day Youth Court trial on charges of false imprisonment and indecent assault on 15 year old girl. Defendant acquitted of two out of three charges.

Fraud/Corruption

• Led by Juilann Manson (Clarendon Chambers) in large-scale money laundering case which is part of a series of trials involving accountants and their clients. Unusually large volume of material. Police investigation included several police forces in the UK. Listed at Wood Green Crown Court with a time estimate of 3 - 4 months. Instructed by Chadwyck-Healey & Co.

Appeals

• Has appeared in successful appeals against sentence in the Court of Appeal.
