The Personal Injury Team draws upon a wide range of experience in claimant and defendant work. We undertake the full range of personal injury and occupational disease claims acting for claimants and on behalf of defendants and their insurers. Several members are accredited mediators and have experience in mediation advocacy and conducting complex settlement negotiations on behalf of and against insurers, reflecting the growing emphasis upon alternative dispute resolution in personal injury work. The team is also able to draw upon the expertise of our associated employment and criminal teams when needed.
