The work undertaken by the Team embraces a wide range of non-contentious and contentious work from the lengthy complex actions in the Commercial Court and the Chancery Division through to Small Claims trials upon which our pupils and junior tenants cut their teeth. Members of the Team regularly appear in the High Court and in County Courts throughout London, the South East and the Midlands. Several members are accredited mediators and some are members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Where necessary we can assemble teams of counsel to work on cases drawing together various specialisms to support our instructing clients. Chambers is alert to the importance of ADR within the modern dispute resolution process and members have wide experience appearing in mediations, adjudications and arbitrations.
